You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
All orders placed through our service are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the nature of our products (coffee and food items), we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Al Atheer Coffee and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Al Atheer Coffee.
In no event shall Al Atheer Coffee, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
